I'm available to start immediately. As a final year student (Class of 2026), I'm currently seeking full-time Software Development Engineer (SDE) roles and can join right away. I'm also open to internship opportunities that could convert to full-time roles.
Yes, I'm completely open to relocation within India and internationally. I've previously worked in Guwahati, Silchar, and Gangtok, and I'm comfortable adapting to new environments. For the right opportunity, I'm willing to relocate anywhere.
I'm flexible with work arrangements. While I enjoy the collaboration of in-office work, I'm equally productive in remote or hybrid setups. My experience working with global teams on IndicSignAI has prepared me for distributed work environments.
I'm eager to expand my skill set! Currently, I'm actively learning System Design, AWS Cloud Architecture, and Advanced AI/ML. I'm particularly interested in learning Go, Kubernetes, and React Native. I believe in being technology-agnostic and can quickly adapt to new stacks based on project requirements.
IndicSignAI is an open-source project I contribute to that uses computer vision and deep learning to translate sign language into text for Indic languages. I developed the real-time sign detection module using MediaPipe and TensorFlow, implemented support for Hindi and Bengali languages, and optimized the model for edge devices. This experience taught me production-level ML deployment and working with diverse, global teams.
I'm open to discussing compensation based on the role, company stage, and location. As a new grad, I prioritize learning opportunities, mentorship, and growth potential alongside competitive compensation. I'm happy to discuss specific numbers based on the role requirements and industry standards.
For opportunities within India, no sponsorship is required. For international roles, I would need visa sponsorship. I'm particularly interested in opportunities in Singapore, UAE, Europe, and North America, and I'm willing to go through the visa process for the right role.
I follow a project-based learning approach. When learning Spring Boot, I built the Excursa platform. For ML, I developed the heart disease detection model at NIELIT. I also document my learnings through technical blogs on Medium, which reinforces my understanding. I dedicate 2-3 hours daily to learning and stay updated through GitHub, tech blogs, and online courses.
